Neurological and psychiatric conditions are often complex and do not evolve in a linear way.
That is why we do not rely on standard treatment pathways, but follow a clinically guided care pathway.
Each step, from intake to treatment, is based on scientific evidence, clinical observation, and individual response.
Evaluation and ongoing adjustment are an integral part of the process.
In this way, treatment remains tailored to the patient, rather than to a predefined protocol.

Neuromodulation is currently not recognized by the RIZIV, so these costs are not reimbursed.
Consultations with doctors are partially reimbursed (*).
Our main location in Ghent is the heart of BRAI3N. This is where both intake interviews, diagnostic examinations (such as qEEG) and treatments take place. This branch is also strongly linked to our research network and is the basis for our international academic cooperation.
The focus in Oudenaarde is on the treatment of psychiatric disorders, such as depression and anxiety disorders. For this purpose, non-invasive neuromodulation techniques are used, including transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
BRAI3N expands to a new location in Kalmthout, located in the Heide Surgical Center. From February 2, 2026, this location will offer neuromodulation treatments for patients in the Antwerp and Noord-Brabant regions. Here, too, non-invasive techniques such as TMS and TES are used, within a multidisciplinary framework.
